30-Day Return Window
All appliance parts must be returned within 30 days of the original purchase date to be eligible for a refund or exchange. Requests made after this period cannot be honored due to manufacturer constraints.
Eligibility Requirements
Parts must be in their original, unopened packaging and in brand-new condition. Proper documentation including the original receipt or digital order confirmation is required for all returns.
Non-Returnable Items
Electrical components, installed mechanical parts, and customized special-order items are non-returnable once the factory seal is broken, ensuring the safety and reliability of our inventory.
Refund & Exchange Process
To initiate a return, contact our customer service team with your order number. Once your return is approved, you will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return shipping instructions. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of receiving the returned item. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defective or incorrectly shipped part.
Defective or Incorrect Parts
If you received a defective or incorrect part, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. We will cover return shipping costs and send a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional charge.
